Depression and Anxiety Disorders in Patients with Hyperemesis Gravidarum and the Effect of This Disease on the Quality of Life

Background: Hyperemesis gravidarum can lead to depression or anxiety disorder in pregnant women more frequently than serious complications. This situation significantly deteriorate the quality of life woman. In our study, it was aimed investigate levels and patients with hyperemesis gravidarum, analyze effect on life. Materials Methods: The study included 87 diagnosed 24 without admitted hospital between dates 01.04.2018-01.10.2018. All participants received Beck Anxiety Inventory, Depression Inventory 12-question (SF-12) forms. Results: mean age 25.4±5.0 years (Age range: 17-39 years). Minimal minimal were detected all participants. There no significant difference group control terms score (p=0.161) (p=0.266). No found distribution groups (p=0.46 p=0.557, respectively).
